Our Shipping Policy : SIMPLE | FAST | AFFORDABLE

Flat Rate Express Shipping $9.90 On All Orders

We deliver EVERY SINGLE ORDER via Express Shipping, to anywhere in Australia at a low flat rate of $9.90. Backed up by our guaranteed 5 day production time, we can deliver awards to your door within 5-7 business days.

Need it in a hurry? We can prioritise production of your order and despatch within 3 or 4 business days, for a small rush fee.

• Fast Track 4 Day Production – Your order will be despatched within 4 business days. A rush fee of $50 or 25% of your subtotal (whichever is greater) applies.
• Fast Track 3 Day Production – Your order will be despatched within 3 business days. A rush fee of $70 or 35% of your subtotal (whichever is greater) applies.

  Freight Protection

We apply a small freight protection fee to EVERY SINGLE ORDER. This covers any loss or damage that may occur to your order during transportation. If you do not wish to pay this fee, please advise our friendly sales team or de-select freight protection at checkout.

Please note, delivery after the estimated date is not covered by freight protection. If your order is time critical, we recommend choosing our premium ‘Guaranteed Delivery Date’ service at checkout.

Our Pickup Options

Pick up is available from our facility in Brisbane in a guaranteed 5 business days from your order date.

Both our 3 Day and 4 Day Fast Track Production options are available for pick up orders, for a small rush fee.

• 4 Day Fast Track Production – Orders will be available for pick up in 4 business days. A rush fee of $50 or 25% of your subtotal (whichever is greater) applies.
• 3 Day Fast Track Production – Orders will be available for pick up in 3 business days. A rush fee of $70 or 35% of your subtotal (whichever is greater) applies.

Handling Fee

Orders under $30 will attract a small handling fee which is additional to the above delivery fees. EVERY SINGLE ORDER, regardless of its size, undergoes the same, thorough Awardsandtrophies.com.au process to ensure the quality and reliability we pride ourselves on.
