Farewell to the lovely Olga (AKA Mrs Pessini)
Eight years and three months ago, the lovely Olga Ristic came to work for Awards and Trophies as an Engraver.
Originally from Belgrade in Serbia, Olga studied as a landscape architect before moving to Botswana and New Zealand where she worked in both Landscape Design and Engraving.
Russ and Annette were delighted to sponsor her and even more excited to see her gain her Australian Citizenship in 2012.
Olga has worked incredibly hard, in all area of the business during that time - Engraving, Customer Sales, Graphic Design and more recently, as a Team Leader in the Engraving Department.
Outside of work, Olga is a stunning and talented tango dancer, wowing audiences with her grace and style.
We have seen her weather the storms of heart surgery, and the loss of her mother, earlier this year.
And we were privileged to watch on with love and affection as she became Mrs Olga Pennisi this year, when she married the wonderful Angelo. We will never forget how happy she looked on that day.
Today is Olga's last day at Awards and Trophies. She leaves us to join her husband in their family business, running the wonderful Pennisi Cuisine in Woolloongabba.
Her skills and expertise have never gone unnoticed, and we all love and appreciate Olga for the work she has done here.
We wish her all the very best with the big adventures that await her, and thank her for the years of effort, friendship, support and hard work she has contributed to this business.
