Thank you for the excellent, prompt customer service, detailed artwork and clear quotation on our request for 600 swimming medals for an event which we are running in December. From three different companies which we approached to do the job, your quote and communication was a clear winner! The quality of the medals and lanyard is exceptional as was the application of quality control during packaging and security of our final shipment through to South Australia. THANK YOU - I can't wait to see the swimmers joy and pride when they receive them for their swimming achievements. I will definitely be ordering again.Our committee are THRILLED with the end product. None of the other companies I approached to provide a quotation came close (it's our club protocol to ask for three quotations). One supplier seriously took 6 weeks to get back to me! Our swimmers have had a sneak peak and they are so excited for the event in December. My parcel arrived today and I am ecstatic!! ???? I ordered 3 medals and they came out perfectly, faster than I anticipated, and in excellent condition. Even though it was only 3, I'd like to thank you for the beautiful work that was involved. They are just for fun for a training run some of my friends and I are doing in the lead up to a 100 miler race in September, but because so many of our races got cancelled due to covid we haven't been able to collect any trophies. So after a day of researching all the places in WA that made them I couldn't find any that were what I wanted or that would deliver before our run this Saturday. Then I found you!!! I will absolutely be using your company again and telling all my friends about it too.

Honestly probably the best online shopping experience I have ever had. I ordered several trophies online for a major event. I've purchased trophies from other shops before but Awards & Trophies have been, by and far, the best. They were very quick to respond to my inquiries, they were very quick to produce the trophies and deliver - I was actually quite surprised. The quality of the trophies and the engraving were superb, and for quite a good price too. And they were extremely friendly. If you have design experience and know how to design for a trophy, I recommend Awards & Trophies as they actually know what they are doing and can speak the same design language (I've not had the same experience with other trophy shops). Very highly recommended.

Awards Trophies looked like a professional outfit from the minute I viewed their website and continued to when I visited their site. Although I walked in off the street with no appointment I was shown their well stocked showroom by Sarona where I very quickly found a well priced item that suited my occasion. The engraving was carried out in haste to the point that my cup was ready waiting for me for two days before I had time to collect. Not knowing this market I was really satisfied with the outcome. I recommend this company and will utilise again when the need arises.

I received my order of engraved medals in Canberra yesterday. I think that was a six day turnaround from order placement. A day faster than estimated. I came across Awards & Trophies as a result of a Google search, and took a punt that you would be as good as your website suggested. I couldn’t have been happier with the experience from start to end. Great website with very good functionality and user friendliness. Great range of products. Online entry of engraving details was so simple and effective. Delivery was quicker than expected, and the finished product was perfect. Communication was excellent with regular email updates at each stage of production. Really, really happy with the service and product.
