They were very quick to respond to my inquiries, they were very quick to produce the trophies and deliver - I was actually quite surprised. The quality of the trophies and the engraving were superb, and for quite a good price too. And they were extremely friendly. If you have design experience and know how to design for a trophy, I recommend Awards & Trophies as they actually know what they are doing and can speak the same design language (I've not had the same experience with other trophy shops).
