Delivery

We deliver every single order via Express Shipping, to anywhere in Australia.  Choose our standard option for a low, flat-rate of $9.90, or pay extra to fast track your order through production:

• Standard 5 day production (+ delivery time*)
  • for a low, flat-rate of just $9.90

• Fast Track** 4 day production (+ delivery time*)
  • a rush fee of $30 or 15% of your subtotal (whichever is greater) applies

• Fast Track** 3 day production (+ delivery time*)
  • a rush fee of $40 or 25% of your subtotal (whichever is greater) applies

Freight Protection - For your protection we apply a small insurance fee to each order; this insures against loss or damage in transit and is usually less than the cost of a coffee. You can opt out at checkout.  Please note - late delivery is NOT covered by freight protection.

* If you are in the Australia Post express network, your parcel will have an estimated next day delivery after dispatch. If you are outside the express network, your delivery will take 2 days or more depending on how remote your location is.  See the delivery calculator at the bottom of this page for estimated delivery to your location.

** Fast Track options may not be available in our peak periods, typically November.

In-store pick up

Only available from our facility in Brisbane (31 Cordova St, Milton, QLD 4064) between 8.30am - 5pm weekdays.  Our standard option is free, or pay extra to fast track your order through production:

• Standard 5 day production
  • no additional cost

• Fast Track* 4 day production
  • a rush fee of $30 or 15% of your subtotal (whichever is greater) applies

• Fast Track* 3 day production
  • a rush fee of $40 or 25% of your subtotal (whichever is greater) applies
