Thank you for your email – it is always lovely to have ‘after sales’ service and quite rare to find these days. I have to say from the very first phone call to your company right through to picking up the trophies it was an absolute pleasure dealing with you. The person I dealt with on every occasion was Jeremy Stevens and for him, nothing was too much trouble. Jeremy has great product knowledge of the items I purchased, he talked me through your processes and lead times and even went the extra mile when I needed an urgent turnaround on one of the items. Because I understood the whole process nothing was a surprise and I felt confident in dealing with you. The only surprise I did get was a faster ETA, and when I received the text message on my phone advising me that my order was ready for collection I was amazed. Your showroom is outstanding – display, lighting, cleanliness and the neatness – well set out and ‘easy on the eye’ makes you want to stay in there for a long time taking in all the different product. Having your office as an extension of the showroom allows for quick customer service however you can also see the standard of work that comes from such an office. From a customer’s point of view seeing a tidy, organised office plus neat, clean employees makes a very good first impression. We have all been served by a messy, dishevelled people then left wondering if we are going to get what we paid for. Your staff all showed a professional attitude towards their work which eminates through the business. I thanked Jeremy in a previous email of mine for his attention to detail and told him how well the ‘urgent’ award went down for our surprise presentation. I would like to thank him again for having the final product completed correctly and before time. As Jeremy is a representative of your company I extend my gratitude to you too Russ. From an outsider looking in it looks like you manage your company well from the ground up. It looks like quality and presentation starts from before you even walk into your showroom with your lovely stone garden arrangement. All your staff are very friendly and helpful. Your procedures are spot on for your size company. You obviously have good relationships with your suppliers so you can supply stock to your customers confidently as this is all part of your service. To me Russ, you guys can’t put a foot wrong... I was recommended to you by a friend who has used you for a couple of years and I saw what you did for them. He also raved about how good you were and gave me your number. I have already spoken to a few people about your company and am very happy to do so as this is the best type of advertising a company could ask for. Hopefully I haven’t gone into overkill – I just love receiving great customer service, it is hard to come by in this day and age but I tell you when a company gives you such service, as yours has, there is no going anywhere else. In giving you such detailed feedback I wanted you to understand how much a customer takes in – I was only in your premises for about 5 minutes.
