I just wanted to say a massive thank you for all your help with our trophy order. I realise it was a small order for your business, and yet the time and trouble you took to make sure it all went smoothly was just exactly what we were looking for - I couldn't have asked for more. The key ring you sent me was also a lovely touch. So rare to find a company that actually pays more than lip service to the term 'customer service'.
