4 business days:        Surcharge: $30 or 15% of your order total, whichever is greater

3 business days:        Surcharge: $40 or 25% of your order total, whichever is greater

Freight Protection

Freight protection is offered to cover loss or damage during transit. The cost varies with the size of your shipment but is typically less than the price of a cup of coffee.

Late delivery is NOT covered by Freight Protection.  We advise you to choose Fast Track options for tight deadlines.

In-store pick up

You can collect your order after 5 business days (from our facility in Milton, Brisbane) during opening hours.  We'll send you an SMS notification as soon as your order is ready.
